PRICING AND FEES

Any applicable fees, expenses, taxes, or other charges will be communicated to the client before or during the engagement as applicable.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be established in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement. Unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed to in writing, invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the applicable invoice.
For engagements involving multiple phases or deliverables, Titan Unlimited Management may require milestone-based payments or other payment arrangements agreed upon with the client.
LATE PAYMENTS
Amounts that remain unpaid after their stated due date may be subject to reasonable late charges or collection costs to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable client agreement. Titan Unlimited Management may suspend or pause services on accounts with materially overdue balances.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because consulting services may involve reserved time, preparation, research, advisory work, and other resources, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Any refund, cancellation, or rescheduling terms applicable to a particular engagement will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
If no separate cancellation policy has been established, clients should contact Titan Unlimited Management as soon as possible regarding a cancellation request. Fees for services already performed or expenses already incurred may remain payable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Titan Unlimited Management retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, processes, templates, frameworks, know-how, and other proprietary materials. Client-specific deliverables and permitted usage rights will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
